Terms and Conditions

CashALaptop.com Trade-In Service (the "Service") is a service provided by Device Doctor LLC. Through this service you can sell, donate or recycle determined by CashALaptop.com consumer electronic products ( the "Products" or the "Product") such as: laptops, smartphones, iphones and ipads; after receiving a "quote" from CashALaptop.com. By participating in The Service, you agree to Privacy Policy and to the following Terms of service in order to use the CashALaptop Services.

1. Information that you provide about your device/gadget is legitimate and accurate.


2. Your device/gadget has its original hardware as it came from manufacturer and has not been altered, otherwise you agree to report any substitutions and alterations to CashALaptop before you send your device/gadget.


3. You agree to ship your product within 7 days of receiving pre-paid label via postal service or e-mail. If shipping is delayed, the Quote may no longer be honored.


4. You agree to that CashALaptop will not be responsible for any data loss or exposure , therefor you fully responsible to remove any sensitive data and materials form you device before shipping it.
   CashALaptop will make reasonable attempt to erase all data from you media's gadget and may reformat the drive in order to do so. However, CashALaptop cannot guarantee that all personally identifiable data or other sensitive or security related information will be removed from your drive or other memory devices by us.


5. You Agree that device model number and its configuration, and condition match what was provided to CashALaptop during the trade-in estimation known as "instant Quote".


6. All products must have a valid OS if applicable, with product key. If your device has a OS backup partition, restoration CD/DVDs are not necessary otherwise you will need to included the restoration CD/DVDs that came from manufacturer. Failure to do so may affect your quote. We reserve the right to offer you new trade-in value for conditions that effect the operation of your device.


7. CashALaptop inspect all the products upon arrival with in 1-2 business days. To receive quoted value, you must accurately state the condition of your device. Products with noticeable scratches, dents and display malfunctioning can significantly impact final quote value.


8. You agree that misrepresented by you product without trade value a subject of disposal and we reserve the right to charge you a recycling fee for the disposal of this product.


9. CashALaptop reserves the right to renegotiate your offer quote if we, upon inspection of your device find discrepancies' in the estimation of the Quote we reserves the right to recalculate the trade-in value than originally quoted, or reject the trade-in transaction. You will have thirty days to either accept or reject that new price quote. During the thirty days we will attempt to contact you via e-mail/phone several times. If no contact is made after 14 days we will issue payment for amount indicated in e-mail sent to indicated by you e-mail. After payment has issued no revisions or exceptions will be made. If you do not accept the new offer and would like to have your device ship back to you, shipping charges will apply.


10. Free returns will be granted only for transactions that were subject to a renegotiation of quote due to a minor misrepresentation,that only affects the cosmetic condition of the product. Otherwise shipping charge will need to be paid in order to have your device shipped back to you.


11. Lawful Sales Only. You must own the right, title, and interest in any and all devices you seek to sell through via CashALaptop trade-in program. our sale and or shipment of any such item must not violate any law, regulation or statute of any jurisdiction and you are responsible for complying with any and all such laws.
    Any device you look to sell through the CashALaptop service :
    Shell not unlawfully transfer or encumber any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, license or other legal right or restriction; Shall not be counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent; The item you ship must be free of all legal restrictions that would affect the value of product, restrict your legal right to transfer ownership of such item (including the item itself, software present on the item, or hardware on or inside the item); Device sale should not violate any export laws or restrictions. You agree to indemnify and hold CashALaptop harmless from all claims or losses including fees, costs, judgments, liens and attorney's fees, sustained by CashALaptop actual legal action should you violate this terms and condition.


12. Once you send your product to CashALaptop, under certain limited circumstances that is no fault of CashALaptop may not be able to honor any request for return of the product and/or any data or information that belonged or came with this product. You agree to hold us harmless from any loss regarding our failure, when/or outside of our control, to return your item to you.


13. Shell we decide not to purchase the device, you will be given the option of allowing us to recycle it and you will not receive any money value for the device. You remain responsible for the risk-of-loss for the products you send to us until delivery it to us. You must appropriately package the device you send us in order to protect it from harm during the shipping process. You are solely responsible for any damage that may occur to the device you send us while in transit. You should appropriately package the device prior to sending it.
    If CashALaptop denies your offer to trade your product,risk-of loss will be transferred to back you at point of return delivery to you by CashALaptop and subject these terms and conditions,when you want to request the return of the product.


14. CashALaptop makes everything possible to ensures accuracy of information that you receive through trade-in process. In event of material error in any representation of facts,inaccuracies and information or offers to you, your sole recourse is to request the return of the item that you have sent to us. You will not be able to request the return of the item upon your receipt of the payment we issue for your item. In case that you chose to cancel the transaction prior to receiving our payment which case CashALaptop will promptly return the an item back to you.

Entire Agreement/No Waiver. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The captions are used only as a matter of convenience and are not to be considered a part of this agreement or be used in determining the intent of the parties to it. No waiver by CashALaptop of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

Modification. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of our website, any of our tools and services, following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement as modified. This policy was last modified on 3/2/2020. Terms and conditions modifying the Agreement are effective immediately upon posting.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA LAW, AND NO CONFLICT OF LAWS OR PROVISIONS OF ANY JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY CHECKING THE "I AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE" BOX BELOW ON THE SUBMISSION FORM, YOU AGREE THAT ANY ACTION AT LAW OR INEQUITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE FILED ONLY IN STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN TAMPA, FLORIDA". AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENT AND SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS OVER ANY SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
